You can also drink green tea. Researchers have found that drinking green tea, the ingredients in tea help control the bacteria in your mouth, which helps keep bad breath out of your mouth. Be sure that when you drink the green tea, you drink it without sugar. Sugar in your green tea wipes out all of the good work you've done drinking the tea.
